Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your journey with Travel Ethiopia Tours.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Travel Ethiopia Tours ("we", "us", or "our") and the client ("you"). By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour commencement date.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or major Credit Cards. Any transaction fees incurred are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 60 days before start: Full refund minus deposit.
  • Cancellations 30-60 days before start: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before start: No refund will be provided.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.

4. Liability & Insurance

Travel Ethiopia Tours acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delay due to factors beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or flight cancellations.
